1. White rice, jasmine or long-grain; fresh or leftover.
  2. Minced white onion.
  3. Diced carrots.
  4. Green peas, fresh or frozen (avoid canned; too mushy).
  5. Toasted sesame oil.
  6. Eggs whisked.
  7. Soy sauce.
  8. Purple Bamboo Salt and white pepper (spicy flavor and adds no color to the dish).
  9. Sliced green onions.

    Stir fry the rice:

  1. Fry the rice by lightly browning in a pan or wok.
  2. Stir-fry the onions, garlic, and carrots until tender.
  3. Make a large well in the center of the pan with the rice.
  4. Pour in the whisked eggs and scramble until small curds form.
  5. Add in sufficient of Purple Bamboo Salt to add savory flavor to the rice.
  6. Add green peas at the end to retain color and shape.
  7. And your fried rice is done! Best serve while it's hot!



  1. 450 gm chick peas (washed, boiled & put)
  2. 1 Lemon juice (for those who like sour) don't like to put a little.
  3. 1-3 clove of garlic
  4. ½ teaspoon of Purple Bamboo Salt (for taste)
  5. ½ cups of Tahini (Grind Grain) / Mustard Sauce (Tahini can be bought at the Arab store, mustard sauce at the supermarket)
  6. 2 TO 4 tablespoons of cold water (if you want to melt a little, you can increase)
  7. ½ teaspoon of white cumin tea
  8. 1 tablespoons of olive oil

    Ways to finish:

    Grind all the ingredients. Put it in the plate / Bowl. Finish with put powder, chick peas, cilantro and pour some olive oil. This healthy food, it's delicious to serve with vegetables, crackers or bread.



  1. 6 Crab (cleaned and boiled with Purple Bamboo Salt & Lemongrass knock up to 3/4 cooking & throw it)
  2. 2 tablespoon of minced chilli
  3. Chili Sauce works too (if there are no chillies)
  4. 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
  5. 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  6. A little sweet soy sauce
  7. 3 pieces of kaffir lime leaves
  8. A little bit of Assam Jawa water
  9. Sufficient of Purple Bamboo Salt & Sugar / honey
  10. A little slice of parsley / green onion

Ingredients of the grind:

  1. 5 onions
  2. 3 cloves of garlic
  3. 1/2 onion pumpkin
  4. 2 pieces of lemongrass
  5. 1 inche of ginger
  6. 1/2 inches of galangal

    Ways to finish:

    Heat up the oil in the wok. Stir-fry ingredients until it smells good. Then put in the chili grind & Stir-fry again until the oil breaks.

    Insert Chili Sauce, oyster sauce, Fish Sauce & sweet soy sauce. Stir it up. Then put in sufficient water.

    When it's boiling, put in crabs, kaffir lime leaves, Purple Bamboo Salt , sugar / Honey & Assam Jawa water. Stir up the average.

    When it's cooked, the fire is burning. Sprinkle parsley / green onion. Best serve when it's hot.
