Return, refund and exchange policy

First, if you need have a need to consider refund return or exchange, you likely purchased a product from us. Which means we owe you a "thank you"! Nothing make us happier than a legion of happy pbs customer, and as such we promise to do our very promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product to make right along the way. That said, here are something that you might want to know...

  1. We regret that return, refund or exchange cannot be accommodated. Unless you have received a wrong or damaged/defective product and if you wish to return within the first 14 days after you receipt, you can get in touch with our Customer Service through customerservice@pbs2u.com to arrange for a return. Please include the following details in your enquiry:
    • Order Number,
    • Name of the Item, and
    • Reason for return
    • visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the product

  2. We shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions once we received your return request.
  3. All returned items must be shipped to:

  4. After we receive your item, our Customer Service team will inspect it and process for resend. We will bear all the cost including the return shipping (as long as you use a standard shipping method) all at our expense. Return shipping will be return in store-credit only.

    If any requests are denied, you are required to pay the reshipping charges within fourteen (14) days upon notification, failing which you shall be deemed no longer interested in the items / goods and it shall be disposed or dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to you.

  5. In the unlikely event that your order is out of stock, and there is not a suitable alternative, we will inform you by email and a full refund including returning shipping will be issued to your original payment method.

    Our Customer Service team will confirm when the refund has been processed, but it can take 3-5 working days to be visible on your statement.
